A: Some modern cellphones have RealOne player, then you can use the H263 video codec, samr audio codec (must compile yourself for vlc due to licensing) and the rtp transport method.

Q: My RTP streams doesnt seem to work

A: vlc needs livemedia from live555.com to read rtsp stream this way.
